With a strong working relationship over the 4-year lifespan of the previous strategy, the board and CEO are proud to present Disability Sport Auckland's new strategy that sets a new direction to improve the lives of people with disabilities across the region.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please find here the health and safety elements of Disability Sport Auckland, objectives that make it possible for the charity to achieve its goal in the protection of its workers and volunteers at the workplace.

Thanks to the support of the Local Board Otara/Papatoetoe. Five of our team have been able to update their First Aid training with St Johns, enabling us to offer additional health and Safety measures at our events.

CHILD PROTECTION

Guidelines for Disability Sport Auckland to create a safe environment for children. It is a tool that protects both children and staff by clearly defining what action is required in order to keep children safe, and ensuring a consistency of behaviour so that all staff follow the same process.
